For in-person payments: We do not collect or store any financial data; the transaction is handled entirely by the Studio.

For online transactions (if applicable): We use secure, third-party payment gateways. For transactions in Canada, payments are processed securely via Stripe. For transactions in Morocco, payments are processed securely via local payment gateways (such as Payzone or Attijariwafa) in compliance with CMI standards. We do not directly store full credit card numbers on our servers.

Studios as Data Controllers: When you book a class or service through wellora.tech, the specific Studio you are booking with is the "Data Controller" of your information, and wellora.tech acts as the "Data Processor" on their behalf. Please review the privacy policy of the individual Studio for details on how they handle your data outside of our platform.

We retain information only as long as needed for business, legal, operational, and security purposes.

6. International Data Transfers

Information collected through our platform may be stored and processed in Canada, Morocco, or any other country in which wellora.tech or its service providers maintain facilities. By using the platform, you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside of your country of residence, which may have different data protection rules than those of your country. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for these transfers.
